Swedish National Section rechartered

During the Winter Solstice of 2012 our Swedish National Section has been rechartered.

The Balder Lodge in Gothenburg offers several Theosophical activities: public lectures, courses in Theosophy and studygroups. For more information about the Swedish Section and our activities in Sweden click here.

The Swedish National Section of The Theosophical Society was originally installed in 1889. In 1913 Katherine Tingley founded the ‘Parliament of Peace and Universal Brotherhood’ in the Swedish island Visingsö and by her initiative a large International Peace Congress took place there in June 1913.
